This is a lovely antique dark blue crocheted misers change or coin purse with steel cut beading that is in wonderful condition. 

These were used mostly by gentlemen in the mid to late 1800's.  It has steel cut beading that was woven into the purse; and was made to fit over a belt. The two different sized decorative rings slide up and down to add your change to the central opening. The two different sides of the purse are an easy way for the wearer to organize his coins.
